WebEyeCMS and/or WebEyeAlert (the application or service) is an un-manned live alarm handling web application. Whilst this application resides on the world wide web on back bone infrastructure, it still remains remote and un-supervised. As a result of this, the supplier or manufacturer of this service is unable to guarantee the robust and resilient nature of this application. Therefore, there may be circumstances in which the application may fail due to hardware/software issues, routine maintenance or Internet unavailability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the [licensor] or its suppliers be liable for any damages, whatsoever, whether direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, whether arising under contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, breach of warranty, misrepresentation, or otherwise, including without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other pecuniary loss including the loss or damage to property, goods or services, arising out of the use of or inability to use the software and /or service, or arising out of this agreement, even if [licensor] or its representatives has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Users of this application agree to abide by these terms and conditions and acknowledge the application or service may in certain circumstances be unavailable. The user also acknowledges that they have an option to connect their alarm panel or alarm transmission device to a professional Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC) or use other professional alarm receiving third party software that may provide a higher level of guarantee that currently cannot be offered by the supplier or manufacturer or third party reseller of this application.

We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards, cheque, bank transfer, or in many cases we can set up an account for our trade or larger end-user customers. All prices on this website are shown in GB Pounds Sterling. Credit card information can be provided by phone or fax. We do not accept credit card details by email as we can not guarantee its security. Cheques should be made payable to VDT Direct Ltd, and goods will be dispatched when payment has cleared. If you have any queries about making payments please contact us.
Carriage is free on all order over £500 (ex. VAT). Goods are dispatched by Interlink. Goods are insured up to a maximum of £500 per order. VDT Direct Ltd will only dispatch goods to the billing address on the credit card. A signature is required on delivery. If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier will either attempt to re-deliver, or you may be required to collect the package from their premises. A card will be left to advise you of what action needs to be taken. Carriage costs will be provided to you on order placement.
VDT Direct Ltd will attempt to deliver your goods in good time and in perfect condition, however, we can’t guarantee that from time to time things won’t go wrong. If you receive damaged or faulty goods from us please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or full refund. A customer service representative will discuss arrangements for return of the damaged goods and issuing a replacement or refund with you. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods to arrange a full refund. Refunds will be made within 30 days. Unwanted goods must be returned to us, in their original condition within 14 days of notifying VDT Direct Ltd that they are not required. If the goods are not returned in this time we reserve the right to arrange our own collection, and the cost of this will be withheld from the refund.
VAT is excluded in the cost of all products unless otherwise stated. An Invoice detailing the cost of products, VAT and delivery charges (if applicable) will be sent with the goods, or shortly afterwards by Royal mail or email. VAT exempt buyers can have their VAT refunded. Please contact us on 0115 714 9990 for any further details. The purchaser is solely responsible for any import duties, import taxes or other charges that may be applicable for imported goods into their particular country or state.
