All of our products come with a 2 year guarantee (excluding batteries), so if you believe you have a faulty product, please fill out the form below with as much information as possible. If your return request is successful, then you will receive more information via either phone or email. If your request is rejected, you may be contacted for more information.
Before requesting a return, please ensure you have your ticket number which will have been provided by our Technical department. As part of our returns procedure, we require customers to speak to our Technical staff first to avoid unnecessary returns.
