Stages of Support

Before your purchase

Before purchasing an RSI system from VDT Direct we will do our best to find the right solution for you. We will answer any questions you have and make sure you fully understand the full functionality of the products as well as their limitations.

Product training and demonstrations can be organised and if you purchase a Videofied system, you will have the option for VDT Direct to pre-program it before it leaves our offices, so as soon as you receive it, it’s ready to go. *

Installation

Our technical support team offer a service that is second to none. The moment you receive your equipment, they are available to take your call and talk you through any problems that you may encounter during installation and commissoning. You also have an option to allow our technical team to assit you in the entire commissioning process.*

In the Future

Once your system is up and running, from around June 2012 our support team will be on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week, should you encounter any problems. We will always do our best to correct any problems over the phone.

Not getting support from your existing supplier?

For a limited period only VDT is offering product amnesty, providing you return to purchasing your RSI equipment through VDT and register any RSI system purhcased through another supplier within 90 days of making a new purhcase of RSI equipment through VDT. We will fully support you on the products purchased through your other supplier**

** Requires ongoing purchases by reseller, Once three months have lapsed without purchase lifetime support ceases until another purchase of RSI equipment is made. However warranty support continues for the period of the warranty.

* There maybe a small charge administered for pairing and full commissioning assitance. This is particulary applicable if VDT has been required to price match.
